The principal investigator and President/CEO, Dr. Seth Forman, graduated medical school at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. He then completed his residency in dermatology, a training program dedicated to dermatology and skin care, at the Medical College of Virginia.
Dr. Forman has been featured for his innovative techniques and expertise on the "The Doctors", MSNBC, and the local ABC, CBS and NBC affiliates in the Bay Area. Dr. Forman has also provided expertise in Glamour Magazine, The Tampa Bay Times, and The Tampa Tribune. His ability an interest in the national and local news media is a bonus for recruiting. He is known as the go to guy in the Tampa Bay area and beyond.
Dr. Forman also serves as medical director for Psoria-Shield, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wellness Centers USA. He has successfully treated patients with complicated cases of Psoriasis, Eczema, Vitiligo and Alopecia Areata.
Forward Clinical Trials, led by Dr. Forman, has enrolled patients in trials for more common conditions such as psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. But, Forward Clinical Trials strives to enroll the difficult trials, including Hidradenitis Suppurativa.
Throughout his medical training, Dr. Forman was committed to academic pursuits. He has researched, studied and written peer-reviewed articles about various dermatological issues including melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, merkel cell carcinoma, vascular tumors, and inflammatory conditions such as eczema.
Dr. Forman also is the primary author of two chapters in Comprehensive Dermatologic Drug Therapy, the leading reference textbook for dermatological therapeutics.
Jonathan Forman, MD

Dr. Jonathan Forman graduated from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in a training program dedicated to Otolaryngology, sinus allergy and pulmonary diseases.
Dr. Jonathan Forman was selected and served as Chief Resident during his final year of training.
Throughout his medical training, Dr. Jonathan Forman was committed to academic and research pursuits with interests in sinusitis, nasal polyps, allergic diseases and pulmonary diseases.
